Jacqui Kury has 40 years of experience in the Administrative industry, including Customer Service Management, Director of Programs, Accounting and Finance.  Her extensive background is in the facilitation of workflow processes ensuring timely communication and ensuring customer and staffing needs are met.  She has vast knowledge in computer programs, and her strong attention to details for procedures and company protocol will ensure every customer becomes an instant, raving fan!

Scott Kury has 18 years’ experience in the retail and customer service industry. His experience includes building and developing teams to succeed in a fast-paced environment. After a industry change Scott is now an OASIS certified reviewer with years’ experience and is now using that knowledge to help develop and train an all star group of reviewers.
